    Havre Police Department said Alexander St. Germaine, 31, who had been missing since Aug. 31, was found dead in Havre Tuesday. The statement from the police said the incident is under investigation and no details will be released at this time. Montana Department of Justice released a missing and endangered person advisory on St. Germaine, who was originally from Boulder, Sunday.     In an informal meeting Tuesday afternoon, Rural Fire District 1 Board Chair Steve Jamruszka and Havre Mayor Tim Solomon agreed on working language for a contract to provide fire suppression and the enforcement of fire codes to the district.     The region has seen a relatively tame week of fire activity as the weather appears to have turned for the better. In a regional fire call Tuesday local counties and agencies reported significantly fewer fires than in the past few months with Hill County and the Fort Belknap being among those who had a fire-free week.     The Montana state COVID tracking map after this morning’s update listed 1,041 new cases, 6,680 active cases, 301 hospitalizations and 1,828 deaths. The cumulative total for the state as 131,752 cases.
