    6:30 p.m. A post on Bear Paw Ski Bowl's Facebook page about 6:10 p.m. reported that help was on the way to the fire in the Bear Paw Mountains.     The Festival of Quilts, a show and contest hosted by the Hi-Line Quilt Guild at Festival Days each year, is still accepting submissions to the event until Sept. 10.
