Steve Bullock came to the Hi-Line, touring Montana State University-Northern's nursing facilities Thursday and engaging in a discussion about the school's programs to train students for jobs in the health care industry.     The Fossil Festival started out as being for the Havre class of the '60s, but now all classes of Havre graduates are invited to the Great Northern Fairgrounds this weekend. Cheryl Morse, Leonard and Marge Deppmeier and Kim Wirtzberger are all on the Havre Public Schools Education Foundation and have spearheaded the once-every-five-years event this year.
