Now, he's got his last year of high school golf off to a hot start.     As of midnight Tuesday, Havre Fire Department is no longer providing fire suppression to the rural fire district around the edge of Havre. Havre Mayor Tim Solomon said this morning that the city’s attorney dealing with the issue, Tyson Parman of Hi-Line Law, received an email from the attorney representing the Rural Fire District 1 saying its board is continuing to stick with the previous agreement and will not make changes requested by the city. “We’ve already told them that’s not acceptable to us,” Solomon said.     The Montana Department of Health and Human Services appears to be experiencing a technical issue that has caused a significant disparity between the COVID-19 numbers being reported by the Hill County Health Department and the state.     Hill County will be staying in Stage 1 Fire Restrictions this week but has amended the restrictions to allow for campfires in established fire pits, effective 12:01 a.m. Friday. Hill County Commissioner Mark Peterson announced this change on a weekly regional fire call Tuesday where he detailed the last week of fire activity in Hill County.
