    Staff and wire report Hill County Health Department announced in a release late this morning that a single case of presumptive monkeypox virus has been confirmed in a Hill County adult.     West Nile virus has been confirmed in the area, with Blaine County among Montana counties with mosquitoes testing positive for the virus.     Fresno Chapter of Walleyes Unlimited said repairs to its ramp at Fresno Reservoir have been put on hold, and the ramp is open at least through Labor Day.
