    The Hill County Weed and Mosquito District drone is out of commission for the season, the district supervisor said today, after the battery caught fire Wednesday. Terry Turner, the district supervisor, said they were out preparing to spray weeds with the drone when a malfunction caused the battery to catch fire.     Havre Daily News staff Havre Public Works announced Wednesday that the bulk water station on 16th Avenue is closed until further notice due to a software problem. The department said this morning it is rerouting people to the city shop to fill up if they need to. The people will need to fill out their information at the shop before taking the water there.
