    Havre police said in a press release late Monday morning that a 17-year-old boy was arrested Friday night on suspicion of charges including attempted murder after police were told that someone in a vehicle Thursday had fired multiple gunshots at another vehicle.     The Havre Police Department has put out a survey to people in the community regarding changing Sixth Street between Seventh and 12th avenues from two-way street into a one-way.
