    Representatives from High Plains Architects held the last of their public meetings on Havre’s soon-to-be-completed Downtown Master Plan, where they discussed the contents of the plan and heard comments and questions about the plan.     Havre Public Schools Board of Trustees held a special meeting Tuesday to approve a number of new paraprofessionals for the district as well as approve union contracts with paraprofessionals and building administrators.     MISSOULA (AP) — John Engen, Missoula’s longest-serving mayor, died Monday of pancreatic cancer, city officials said. He was 57. After winning his fifth term in November 2021, Engen announced in March that he had been diagnosed with pancreatic cancer and had a tumor on his liver. His death was announced in a news release by city spokesperson Ginny Merriam.
