Fort Belknap Indian Community, RezQ Dogs and the U.S. Army Reserve are about halfway through a series of spay and neuter clinics, vaccination and wellness exams for local dogs and cats, with three more clinics coming this week in Hays. Louis A. "Louie" Eskestrand, 71, was suddenly and unexpectedly taken from us July 29, 2023. Louie was born June 27, 1952, in Havre, MT to Dave Eskestrand and Aggie (Hanson) Eskestrand. He attended Havre Public Schools, graduating from Havre High School in 1970 and then attended Northern Montana College. As the Havre High golf teams head into fall, they will be under the leadership of new head coach Dennis Murphy.
