    At its monthly meeting in Havre Monday, the H. Earl Clack Museum Board heard that work on the future home of the museum is progressing, but much more needs to be done. Manager reports also noted that attendance at the museum and at the Wahkpa Chu’gn Buffalo Jump are up from last year.     A man who fought with police attempting to arrest him in Havre - where he ended up after fleeing a Helena prerelease center - will spend four years in prison in addition to time for another sentence from Yellowstone County.     Montana State University-Northern head football coach Mark Samson has been placed on administrative leave with pay for undisclosed reasons.
