    With the delta-variant driven surge hitting the area as the district moves closer to opening the next school year, Havre Public Schools is conducting a survey to see what the community desires as far as wearing masks in schools.     Two suspects were arrested and taken to Northern Montana Hospital by ambulance after a Monday morning pursuit involving Rocky Boy Police officers and Hill County Sheriff’s deputies. Rocky Boy Police asked the sheriff’s office at 10:49 a.m. for assistance in a pursuit that left Rocky Boy’s Indian Reservation and entered Beaver Creek Park, Hill County Sheriff Jamie Ross said.     This year's Blaine County Fair will begin Wednesday despite having some events scaled back due to the pandemic, staffing issues with the carnival and just plain bad luck.     Author Craig Lancaster, who had been set to come to Havre for a book signing and reading of his latest work, “And It Will Be a Beautiful Life” Wednesday, told Havre Daily News Monday he has had to cancel the event.
