The Chouteau County Sheriff’s Department has released the name of a man killed Monday afternoon in a vehicle rollover on Montana Secondary Highway 432 as Scott Wayne Riggs. Riggs, 47, of Missoula, was driving his GMC pickup west on the highway at 5:30 p.m. when it went off the right side of the road at the 15.6 mile mark.
