    Havre Public Schools is working on its Elementary and Secondary School Emergency Relief Fund plans based in part on results from a community survey which seem to indicate the community’s priorities lie in addressing learning loss, safety and emotional health, and access to technology.     Montana Fish, Wildlife and Parks has an open house set for Aug. 16 on its proposed first-ever long-range comprehensive plan for the fisheries at Fresno Reservoir. U.S. Bureau of Reclamation owns and operates the dam at Fresno, used for flood control, irrigation and other conservation uses, part of the irrigation Milk River Project.   • Team firefighting effort stops blaze west of Havre at 120 acres

    Kremlin Rural Fire Department spearheaded an all-out response late Sunday evening that quickly shut down a fire that burned 120 acres of cropland with both stubble and standing crop on it.
