Reser Reservoir, a Bureau of Land Management reservoir located approximately 18 miles northwest of Chinook, has been being slowly drained throughout the summer due to structural damage at the dam.     Havre Police responded this morning to a 3:34 a.m. report of an attempted robbery at a First Street West business and are still looking for the suspect. A thin, 5-foot-5-inch to 5-foot-8-inch man walked into the business dressed in all-black clothing with a hood and duct tape covering his hands, holding a hatchet, Havre Police Chief Gabe Matosich said.
