    Filed Aug. 8, 2024 Updated Aug. 5, 2024 City of Havre announced limited nonessential water use is now allowed, with people living east of Fifth Avenue allowed to water lawns from 7 p.m. Tuesdays to 5 a.m. Wednesdays and people west of Fifth Avenue allowed to water lawns from 7 p.m. Thursdays to 5 a.m. Fridays. Washing cars is allowed as necessary. The recent Havre Community Red Cross Blood Drive held at St. Jude Parish Center on Monday, July 23rd, was a huge success.     Blaine County had four fires burning as of Tuesday afternoon and another on the Fort Belknap Indian Reservation just across the border into Phillips County. Three others are on the reservation, the Prairie Dog Fire south of Fort Belknap Agency and the Gilbert Ranch and Wind Mill fires east of the Prairie Dog Fire.
