    The Havre Public Schools Board of Trustees unanimously approved a raise in substitute teacher pay at a meeting Tuesday afternoon. Superintendent Craig Mueller said he thinks this increase in pay in the right thing to do and hopes it will attract more potential substitute teachers and retain those they already have.
