    The Montana Department of Transportation is working to replace broken curbs on First Street in Havre, which has led to lanes being closed on the main street through Havre. MDT Havre Area Engineering Project Manager Mike Moore said the project is scheduled to be substantially complete by Aug. 24. Summer meals are offered to local children for free at Lincoln-McKinley Primary School and Highland Park Early Primary School, with breakfast served from 8:30-10:45 a.m. and lunch served from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. The meals are free for people 18 younger, with breakfasting costing $3 for people 19 and older and lunch costing $5 for people 19 and older.     At Legion Field over the weekend, the Havre Northstars American Legion baseball club hosted the North A Districts tournament.
