    National Weather Service has issued a Red Flag fire warning for northern and north-central Montana ranging from the Rocky Mountain Front to Blaine and Fergus counties. The warning says a combination of gusty winds, low relative humidity and warm temperatures will result in critical fire conditions. The warning is in effect through 9 p.m. today.     Editor's note: this version corrects that the derailment was west of Havre. Amtrak had a minor derailment on the tracks west of Havre near Patrick Construction this afternoon, but no one was injured and the damage was minimal. Hill County Disaster and Emergency Services Coordinator Amanda Frickel said only a couple wheels on one car came off the track and repairs are underway already.     A freight train derailed outside of Havre Friday afternoon, about six miles east of Havre, but there were no injuries or fatalities, and the cause is still under investigation. BNSF General Director of Public Affairs Lena Kent said the derailment occurred at 4:39 p.m. Friday with 11 cars derailing.     At 12:01 a.m. Tuesday Hill County will implement a burn ban, prohibiting people in Hill County from open burning until the ban is rescinded, and the City of Havre is implementing water restrictions. Under the burn ban no campfires will be allowed and no burn permits will be issued, but barbecuing is allowed provided all safety regulations are followed.
