    Rocky Boy's Indian Reservation is getting a new playground for free to place on the reservation as part of a series of projects made possible by the Washington Redskins Original Americans Foundation.     HELENA — Montana Sen. John Walsh's thesis written to earn a master's degree from the U.S. Army War College contains unattributed passages taken word-for-word from previously published papers.     Officers arrested a suspect in connection to the armed robbery of a Havre pharmacy Monday. Arlene Dawn Morsette, 30, has been arrested in connection to the robbery on charges of armed robbery, criminal possession of dangerous drugs, criminal possession with intent to distribute and assault with a deadly weapon.     Chub "Buck" Boyce, 89, passed away June 21, in Texas, where he had been living for 60 years. He had ranched near Paris, Texas, most of his life. He was born in Glasgow, Montana, in June 1925, the son of Steve and Sadie Boyce. He was raised south of Havre in the Bear Paw Mountains. Chub rodeoed in the late 1940s and through the 1950s.     A man sentenced for a misdemeanor after a jury convicted him of sexually assaulting a 7-year-old girl who was visiting him in a homeless shelter is coming back to Havre to face a different sentence.
