    Thanks to everyone in Havre who helped me reach a new high for my Relay for Life team this year. My total fundraising for the 2013 North Central Montana Relay for Life event was $4,076.     Railroad Pagers of Havre have spent much of the last five years building a new pavilion and campground at Beaver Creek Park. They call it Community Effort Campground because area residents and businesses have been so helpful in constructing the new facilities.     Havre City Council candidate Bob Waldron is withdrawing from the 4th Ward race. Waldron cited personal reasons. His decision leaves Matt Boucher as the only Republican candidate in the 4th Ward race. He will oppose Democrat Karen Datko in the fall election.
