    Saturday morning the Blaine County Fair brought sunshine, food, rides and animals to the Hi-Line. The Blaine County Fair, which started Wednesday and finished Sunday, included a carnival, food vendors, fireworks, 4-H events, the Kids' Rodeo, Double D Pig Wrestling, Bear Paw Roundup PRCA Rodeo, the youth livestock sale and the demolition derby.     The Hi-Line rodeo season got off to a hot start this weekend in Chinook. At the Blaine County Fair Friday and Saturday, the 18th annual Bear Roundup PRCA Rodeo was held and, as always, the event was a huge hit. Of course, the big hit was the bull riding, which was won by one of the top bull riders in Montana, Parker Breding. Breding won with an 84.5 point ride Brookman Rodeo's #51.     Havre qualified this year for a Convention and Visitors Bureau, which was approved June 12, making Havre’s the 25th CVB in the state. “It’s great; they were real excited at the (Tourism Advisory Council) meeting,” said Jody Olson, executive director of both the Havre Area Chamber of Commerce and of the Havre CVB. Olson said Havre’s is the newest CVB in the state, joining others including a CVB in Great Falls.
