Havre's Helping Haven had its official ribbon cutting ceremony Thursday to announce its new location as an affiliate to the Havre Area Chamber of Commerce businesses. Havre Daily News Staff Harlem Volunteer Fire Department responded to a garage fire at Savoy Wednesday at 5:05 p.m., a release from the department says. Seven members of the fire department responded with two brush trucks, a county engine and a water tender, along with multiple trucks brought by fire crews from Chinook and Fort Belknap.
