    A local Boy Scout recently completed his Eagle Scout project out at Pepin Park. Anthony Borowiecki of Havre's Troop 1438 said his project was to re-deck the decking and re-do the stairs on the gazebo in Pepin Park.     Havre High School graduate Kylynn Jarman received a $500 scholarship from Havre P.E.O Chapter AZ. "It feels really great, actually," she said. "My mom was very proud." She said that she will be attending the University of Montana in Missoula to study physical therapy. Havre P.E.O Chapter AZ member Paulette Cronk presented the scholarship to Jarman.
