    Hundreds of people visited the Havre City-County Airport to take part in the Air Fair and Fly-In Breakfast and take their turn flying in a small plane.     Havre broke its own record for hot June 28s with a recorded high of 103 Sunday. The old record was 100 set in 2006. Keith Jaszka, a meteorologist at the Great Falls office of the National Weather Service Forecast, said that it has been hotter than usual lately. “High temperatures as of late have been record highs,” Jaszka said. “So, they have been unusual for this time of year.” Great Falls is slated to break its record today.
