    Havre Daily News Staff As the Fourth of July approaches, the Havre Police Department is reminding people they will need to follow city ordinances on fireworks. People will be able to discharge fireworks in the city limits Tuesday, July 2, through Thursday, July 4, from 8 a.m. to midnight.
