    The body of Jerry Donoven, 54, of Havre was found in Fresno Reservoir at about 9:30 this morning, ending a three-day search by volunteers and law enforcement. Hill County Sheriff Don Brostrom would say only the body was found "quite a ways" from where Donoven's boat was found. Searchers found the boat floating in the north end of Fresno Reservoir Friday. The body was found by a volunteer, one of more than 100 who helped law enforcement conduct the search, the sheriff said....

    It was still sunny out when walkers took off on their trek north of Havre's 3rd Avenue. The walkers were trying to raise funds and raise awareness about Williams Syndrome.     Mitchell LaMere, 23, of Box Elder, intentionally started a house fire that killed Fred Bacon, Chippewa Cree Tribal Police said in a complaint filed Friday. The complaint says Lamere started the fire at 18 Indian Rock St. on Rocky Boy’s Indian Reservation on May 19 with a bottle of gasoline he obtained from his mother’s residence.     The Havre High marching band will march down 5th Avenue Tuesday starting at 2:30 p.m. Outgoing band director David Johnke said the march will begin at Rod’s Drive-in, take a right at the police station and end in Pepin Park. The streets will be blocked off. Johnke said the parade was Superintendent Andy Carlson’s idea and that the band members will be marching in the new uniforms.     The Havre North Stars American Legion baseball team was once again on the road this past weekend as they took part in the Ed Gallo Wood Bat tournament in Whitefish.
