Norman C. O'Neal, 87 of Havre died at Northern Montana Care Center on June 22, 2015. He was born Dec 31, 1927, to Thomas and Rose (Stremcha) O'Neal in Havre. Archers last weekend once again gathered in the Bear Paw Mountains to test their skills at Frank and Bettie Barber's ranch at the annual Bear Paw Bowmen 3-D Archery Shoot.
