Work is being done on Highway 2 east of Havre, which may delay drivers on that road for the next few weeks. The Havre City Council's ordinance committee met Tuesday to take public comments on a proposal to allow people to own chickens in city limits, drawing only a handful of attendees, most of them against the proposal.
