    Havre and the Hi-Line region got hit with a series of thunderstorms Sunday afternoon and evening, producing 0.28 inches of precipitation in Havre, as well as pockets of hail up to 1 inch in diameter. The National Weather Service in Great Falls reports that Havre got more rain then most other areas of the region. The weather service said the warmer temperatures on Sunday added more energy to the atmosphere strengthening the storm.     The Hill County Health Board met Friday and discussed the recent increase in cases and plans for sentinel and drive-through testing. Bullhook Community Health Center CEO Kyndra Hall said Bullhook is working with Montana Primary Care Association and the Governor’s Office to do some sentinel testing and in the process of planning an open drive-through testing July 8.
