    As case numbers creep up again in Montana, Blaine County Health Department reported Friday the county’s 34th COVID-19-related death. The release said that from June 7 through Friday, the health department was notified of 16 new cases with 30 recoveries. As of Friday, Blaine County had eight active cases and one active hospitalization with 2,534 cases confirmed since coronavirus 2019 first was discovered in Montana in March 2020.
