The National Weather Service recording station at the Havre City-County Airport reported a high of 102 degrees at 3:33 p.m. Monday, beating a previous record of 100 degrees set in 1918. The Hill County Behavioral Health Local Advisory Council welcomed a new member in Jesse Bergren Monday during its monthly meeting where they also discussed use of grant funds and possible new programs coming to the area. Rocky Boy Health Center will hold a mobile drive-up vaccination clinic open to everyone at the Havre Holiday Village Mall parking lot from 2-6 p.m. Wednesday. Our beloved Mary D. Pleskac passed away peacefully at home of natural causes with her niece at her side, which was her wish. Mary was born April 27, 1925, near Havre, to Fred and Pauline (Rypal) Dusek Sr., the sixth of seven children. She attended Box Elder grade school, and graduated from Havre High School in 1943.
