    The Havre Northstars American Legion baseball team hosted the Havre Jamboree this past weekend at Legion Field, but unfortunately, the weather put a damper on the festivities. The Havre Jamboree opened Friday with the Northstars taking on Glasgow, and after seven innings of play, the game ended in a 3-3 tie.     Montana State University-Northern has a new dean for a new college. Kelly Amtmann started at Northern about two weeks ago as dean of Northern’s new College of Health Sciences that offers degrees in nursing as well as health and science promotion. She said the increased programs will help the university respond to a growing need. “Every nursing school in the nation has a waiting list for registered nurses,” Amtmann said.     Saturday at 11 a.m., the Hi-Line Cruz'n Association's 32nd Annual Rod Run opened up their public event, Show 'N' Shine, to show their cars and interact with the Havre community.     The Hi-Line United U17 soccer team won three matches during the season, leading up to the Montana Cup, and this past weekend in Livingston, they matched that in two days en route to winning the 17U Gold division.     The 2018 College National Finals Rodeo is starting this week, the Montana State University-Northern Skylights will be represented.
