BILLINGS (AP) — The Montana Supreme Court has reversed a lower court ruling that blocked transfers of Yellowstone National Park bison as part of a government-sponsored conservation initiative. The governing council of Rocky Boy’s Indian Reservation has removed the members of the commission that oversees the operation of its Tribal Courts.
