    Two men were arrested Friday evening at the Buffalo Court Apartment Complex off of Fifth Avenue in Havre after a caller reported a car full of aggressive people asking for money at 6:18 p.m., according to the Havre Police Department. Derelle Fiddler and Terrance Molina, both of Box Elder, were each arrested on a charge of obstructing a peace officer or other public servant.
