    The acting CEO of Rocky Boy Health Clinic pleaded not guilty to income tax evasion Tuesday in federal court. Darin Lee Miller is the third CEO of the clinic to be indicted in federal court, after Fawn Tadios and Tim Rosette. For the three counts of income tax evasion, Miller faces a maximum penalty of five years imprisonment with three years of supervised release, as well as a $250,000 fine and costs of prosecution.
