Nathen Leroy Stuker, 26, of Havre has been identified as the parent of the 2-year-old boy who was found wandering the sidewalk along 5th Avenue Friday morning, and Havre Police Chief Gabe Matosich said that, as of Friday, the child had been taken to Child Protective Services. Matosich said the 2-year-old was found on the sidewalk, in diapers after a caller reported the wandering toddler at 6:21 that morning. North Star High School celebrated 13 seniors' graduations and 14 eighth-grade graduates in a light-hearted ceremony Saturday afternoon in the school gym.
