    Wade Bessette was born April 17, 1946, and died Jan. 28, 2019. He was born and raised north of Havre, Montana. Wade married Cathy Golie in 1966. To this union children Shane and Lisa were born. Wade worked for Hill County Road Department and farmed. The family moved to Great Falls, where they owned and operated K-Bar Stables, in 1989.     Havre City Council's Streets and Sidewalks Committee agreed Monday to bring in an expert to give a presentation on and answer questions about special improvement districts in an attempt to get some work going on repairing Havre streets.     In conjunction with local United States Postal Service workers, the Havre Food Bank collected 2,913 pounds of non-perishable food items Saturday, May 11, as part of the annual Stamp Out Hunger Food Drive.
