William P. Wagner, 77, of Havre, who was a parts manager at Eaves Equipment and Big Bud/Meissner Tractor, died May 15, 2003, at a Havre hospital. A funeral service will be at 11 a.m. on Monday at the St. Jude's Catholic Church, with graveside services to follow at the Highland Cemetery. William was born in Carrington, N.D., to William P. The opening of the Tiber Marina at Lake Elwell is being delayed as the new operators of the marina work on getting all their licensing and remodeling requirements completed. "We're hoping to be open by the Fourth of July, but it might be open by the end of June," said Janice Oehlke of Brady, who was awarded the 10-year contract to manage the marina with her sister-in-law, Sarah Oehlke of Conrad. Five Havre High School seniors were awarded scholarships worth as much as $1,000 each from local benefactors on Sunday. The awards were presented at a luncheon hosted by the Havre Public Schools Education Foundation, a nonprofit organization that raises money to support public education in Havre. HELENA - A man released from a Dillon hospital earlier this week has tested positive for hantavirus but is expected to recover fully, state health officials said Friday. It is the second reported hantavirus case in a week in Montana.
