A woman accused of using methamphetamine around her children and causing them to test positive for the drug is scheduled for an arraignment in state District Court in Havre at the end of the month. Tracy Eagleman is charged with two felony counts of endangering the welfare of children and two misdemeanor counts of criminal trespass to vehicles.
