Saturday, The Salvation Army will be holding their annual Talent of the Hi-Line Fundraiser. Richard "Dick" Looby, long-time resident of the Hi-Line, passed away at 73 April 18, following a several-year long health spiral from a series of strokes. Dick grew up on what he affectionately referred to as "the farm" southwest of Harlem, where he obtained his GED and signed up with the U.S. Navy.
