    After an outage Thursday, The Havre Police Department’s 911 communication system has been fully restored, Larry Virts, a dispatcher with the department, said today. Nobody was available before printing deadline today to talk about the cause of the outage. The Department posted on their Facebook page late Thursday morning that there had been an outage of its 911 system and as a result emergency calls were being temporarily routed to the Hill County Sheriff’s Department.     The Fort Belknap Indian Reservation region will soon have a commercial kitchen and grocery cooperative with a farm-to-table style business through the Red Paint Creek Trading Post, thanks to a $35,000 grant.     A girl was shot with a handgun while riding in a vehicle on a rural Hill County road Thursday afternoon, the Hill County Sheriff’s Office said today in a press release. The gunshot wound was not life-threatening and the girl is expected to be released from the hospital soon, the release said.     The Port of Wild Horse crossing over the U.S. Canadian border north of Havre is switching to summer hours Monday, U.S. Customs and Border Protection announced in a press release. The port, which allows commercial traffic only with permits, is open 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. in the winter and 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. in the summer.     One person was killed in a car crash Thursday afternoon after the vehicle drove off a Chouteau County road, rolled and threw out the driver. “The driver was pronounced dead on the scene,” a Montana Highway Patrol press release says.
