    Havre Public Works Department has announced that, due to the city’s workload, it will only be operating the brush chipper through the month of May. After May 31, if a property owner would like tree branch removal they must follow the City Ordinance 8-3-6 (E) which states all branches and shrubbery to be cut and bundled in 4-foot lengths for disposal.
