    Hill and Chouteau counties have arrived at an agreement with the Chippewa Cree of Rocky Boy's Indian Reservation to have a temporary satellite election office in the lead up to this June's primary elections. The office, which will be operated by officials from both counties, will allow residents from within reservation boundaries and elsewhere within the counties to access late registration and absentee voting services.     Kirk A. Smith, has been charged with a felony after being accused of his fourth violation of an order of protection. Court charging documents say police dispatch received a call April 23 from someone who said Smith, whom she had a protection order against, had been driving in the area. While an officer was on the way to the scene, the documents say the caller told the dispatcher that Smith was near her vehicle before he ran and took off in his pickup truck.
