    The state court has summoned a Havre woman to face felony charges alleging she abused two children while they were in her care. Lori Morin-Beck, born in 1960, is scheduled to enter a plea on two felony counts of assault on a minor during an arraignment hearing set for May 28. According to the charging documents, Havre police officers were notified Oct. 12 by a representative of Northern Montana Hospital that the two children may have been abused.     Someone who bought a ticket in the Havre area is $100,000 richer and may not even know it. A ticket that was sold in Havre won the Montana Cash jackpot. Montana Lottery officials were unavailable for comment this morning. The ticket was sold at Gary and Leo's Fresh Foods. The winning numbers were: 6 10 13 16 35.     To help local contractors meet certification requirements of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, the Blaine and Hill county Montana State University Extension agencies are hosting a special class in Chinook to train renovators on the rules on lead-based paint.
