    The Havre High softball team continued its winning ways Monday night, winning their fourth game in a row thanks to a 15-5 win over the Glasgow Scotties. The two teams met in Havre at the Sixth Avenue Memorial Field in a makeup of a game that was postponed due to weather earlier in the season.     The needs of Blaine, Hill and Liberty counties in the wake of massive flooding was discussed Monday in a meeting between Lt. Gov.
