  • Police arrest alleged cat killer

    The Havre Police Department issued a press release saying a juvenile was arrested Thursday in relation to an investigation regarding missing cats in Havre. The news release says one cat was found dead near the 6th Avenue softball field and it was concluded that it died from "unnatural causes." The press release says the juvenile was transported to Cascade County Detention Center pending a felony charge of aggravated cruelty to animals being filed.
