    Local water bodies seem to be remaining at safe levels in Hill County despite ongoing flooding and the damage that comes with it, with no major precipitation expected this week. Hill County joined many of its neighbors in the region in declaring and emergency last week due to flooding conditions but, as of Friday of last week, most of the local water bodies seem to be at manageable levels.     This past weekend in Kalispell, the Havre Northstars American Legion baseball club finally began the 2023 season with four games across two days.     This past Saturday in Laurel, the Havre High track and field teams continued their season with the Gold Strike Invitational.
