    At Thursday’s county officials meeting Hill County Public Health Director and Health Officer Kim Larson said due to a lack of attendance the Hill County Health Department will retire its COVID-19 vaccination clinics at the end of this month. Larson said the clinics have only been drawing 50 people for the last few weeks, so the remaining clinics’ hours will be reduced to noon to 5 p.m. at Holiday Village Mall for the remainder of their time in operation.
