    Early detection of health problems in young people is key to finding solutions, so a group of community organizations are holding a health screening program for children 5 and younger next week.     The Hill County USDA Farm Service Agency Committee is requesting public comment on their plan to modify Hill County Local Administrative Areas. The proposed changes would adjust the boundaries of administrative areas to ensure minority representation on the FSA Hill County Committee.     As usual, the wind blustered hard throughout the Cal Wearley Invitational track meet at the Havre Middle School track Wednesday. But that didn't stop hundreds of athletes and a total of 34 teams from competing.
