Steve Bullock said today he has issued a directive prohibiting landlords from evicting tenants for nonpayment of rent during his stay-at-home order to reduce the spread of COVID-19, and prohibited residential foreclosures on home owners who miss payments due to the stay-at-home order.     As of Tuesday afternoon, the National Weather Service in Great Falls has issued a Winter Storm Watch for Havre and Hill County as well as a Winter Storm Warning for Blaine County.     Northern Montana Health Care is reminding people it has opened an alternative clinic for suspected COVID-19 patients on the east side of the NMHC campus at 124 13th Street.     COVID-19 has caused significant delays for the various operations of the 2020 Census, and more delays are possible as the situation progresses. “It looks like there’s going to be a really long operational pause, that’s the big effect in Montana,” said Joshua Manning a media specialist at the Dallas Regional Census Office.     As remote learning was set to begin Monday in Havre Public Schools, each school and grade level was working to set how their procedures will work with each doing things differently than the next.
